Whether you're new to advocacy or a veteran leader, you can join the movement by joining our Civic Engagement Forum.
As a member of the forum, you will learn how to build relationships with your legislators, respond to Calls to Action, and participate in furthering our policy agenda. To help build your capacity to advocate, NCTC will provide you with leadership development opportunities, advocacy trainings and a platform to communicate with other NCTC advocates in your state, region and the larger VITA field.
Our civic engagement forum consists of monthly calls that will focus on timely national issues. We will present timely updates on the status of NCTC's public policy goals; help disseminate information on current advocacy alerts to the field;and promote innovative ways that organizations get involved in advocacy campaigns.
