Use this page as a guide to collecting and submitting stories from your clients. Stories can be submitted electronically on this page using the NCTC Client Stories Submission Form.
Help us collect client stories!
Sometimes, the most powerful tool we have in our toolkit comes from the real-life stories of the people we serve. These stories can be shared with funders, elected officials, and the media in order to demonstrate VITA's successes.
The form may be submitted electronically at the end of the Client Stories Submission Form or via email to jthall@tax-coalition.org.

Which stories should I collect?
- Savings or asset building activities
- Expanded financial education
- Refunds being used to support education or childcare, medical costs, home improvement, or basic necessities
- Stories featuring hard-to-reach populations, such as families living in rural communities, Native Americans, people with disabilities, or people of color
