Take Action with NCTC on October 13th!
Take action on Capitol Hill with NCTC on Thursday, October 13, 2011!
Organizations from around the country will speak with one voice as we highlight the impact of community VITA, build relationships with our legislators and advocate for NCTC policy priorities, including: funding for community VITA, and the importance of refundable tax credits in promoting financial security for working Americans.
If you have never participated in an advocacy event before, do not worry! NCTC is providing two advocacy webinar trainings leading up to the day of action and an in-person training in Washington, DC the afternoon of October 12th. We are providing a modest amount of travel and lodging scholarships, so please let us know soon if you are interested in attending.
