Board of Managers
- NCTC's Board of Managers gives voice to the concerns, issues and opportunities of our affiliates and the low- and moderate-income taxpayers they serve. Representing organizations across the U.S in ethnically diverse urban and rural communities, as well as key national partners, the Board of Managers plays an integral role in shaping the activities and direction of NCTC and the free tax preparation and asset building field.
